Panel Review (Primary Determination – 60%)
Our Literary Review Team carefully evaluates each nominee based on writing quality, impact, originality, and creativity. This professional evaluation carries the greatest weight in determining Author of the Year.

Public Voting (Author Engagement Factor – 40%)
Public voting gives readers a chance to celebrate and support their favorite authors. While strong engagement enhances visibility, it does not override the panel’s professional assessment. We want to reassure you — this is not a popularity contest, but a way to recognize your connection with your audience.

Author Impact
Our judges also consider each author’s ability to create meaningful impact, drive innovation, and demonstrate leadership within their field. This component is included within the Public Voting portion and recognizes authors not only for their writing, but also for their capacity to inspire and contribute to the broader literary and business community.
